Recipe for 1 person- 1 ½ oz of cognac
- 2 oz apple juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz lime juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 6 fresh coriander leaves
Preparation
Time : 4 minutes
- In a shaker, shake all the ingredients with ice
- Filter through a sieve into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
- Decorate with fresh coriander leaves
